What we will not file

Trademark and brand-name disputes. The DMCA is a copyright tool, and using it for a trademark problem is a mistake we will not make on your behalf.
Defamation, bad reviews and things said about you. That is a different job, and a different law.
Content you do not own, including work you commissioned without taking the rights in writing.
Commentary, criticism, parody and news reporting that quotes you. That is likely fair use, and filing against it puts you at risk, not them.
