    You see the sentence and the page. Approve each one, or leave it alone.

    We find the host and file

    We find who can take it down, and file all six required parts as your agent.

    Every stage lands in your portal the day it happens, bad news included.

    You are billed when the page is gone

    We confirm it ourselves, then invoice at the price you already agreed.

Before anything is filed

Two records, for every page.

The system will not approve a page until both are written into the case.

How we know you own it

A dated capture, the original files, a contract or a registration. Whichever applies is recorded.

Why it is not fair use

Reasoned against that specific page. If it might be fair use, we decline and you pay nothing.

Where notices go

Four recipients. Not interchangeable.

Sending to the wrong one is the most common reason a notice goes nowhere.

The host

Removes the page. The notice goes to its registered designated agent.

A proxy

Holds nothing. Forwards the complaint and names the real host.

The registrar

A last resort, only after the host has failed to act.

Google Search

Takes the page out of results. Does not delete it from the site.

After a removal

Checked again, twice.

First re-check
Day 7

We load the page again ourselves.

Second re-check
Day 30

And once more, a month after it came down.

If it comes back, the invoice is voided.

If you had already paid, it becomes a refund we owe, and you are told the same day. You do not have to ask.
