Questions about money
Asked before people commit.
What counts as one page?
One URL on one site. If the same company has copied you onto four URLs, that is four pages, filed together against one host, which brings the bundle discount.
When is the price fixed?
The moment we quote it. It is written to your case and cannot be changed afterwards, including by us. You see it before you approve the page for filing.
What if the work turns out harder than it looked?
That is our problem, not yours. If we underquoted, we carry it. A number only changes if you ask us to add something new, and then it is a new quote you approve.
Is there a subscription or a retainer?
No. There is nothing recurring, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is a Google de-index charged separately?
Removing a page from a site and removing it from Google results are two notices to two recipients. If both are in scope the page is priced at the multi-channel rung, which you agree before we file either.
What about hosts that never answer notices?
We will not take those on a pay-on-removal basis. We either quote a flat fee for the work, with the odds stated plainly before we start, or we decline.
